RON RICKETTS MEMORIAL SHIELD GAME

Each  year Chadstone and Brunswick
celebrate the life and early passing of Ron Ricketts who played with
both teams in his youth and passed away in 2015.


The club’s pay for a perpetual shield with the fist game in every season between the clubs nominated as teh shield game.


This year the game is being played at Brunswick (Fleming Park) with the Men’s Reserves playing at 12:45PM and the Shield game being played between the two State League teams at  2:45PM.


Ronnie, his brother Darren and Father Rick all played at Chadstone so come on down to honour his memory and enjoy a very competitive game of lacrosse.


Everyone is invited to hang around for a drink in Ronny’s honour after the game at Brunswick’s’ recently renovated clubrooms.
