Its a big weekend of lacrosse and while that is a regularly referenced mantra this weekend could see you walk away with good lacrosse memories and $1000 in your pockets.


STATE LEAGUE & RESIES V BRUNSWICK, CHADFIELD V MELB UNI
On Saturday (10 Aug) Nick Ryugo’s men play Brunswick off the back of stellar performance against Altona last week that saw them come away with a big win that has put them in a prime position to play finals lacrosse.


A big performance against Brunswick is on the cards and despite injuries to key players, the team is riding a high that only a 20 point victory can provide.


Its also the Resies last game of what has been a bruising long season (as next week is a fixtured bye).


On Sunday (11 Aug), the Girls travel out to Royal Park to play against Melbourne Uni.   The undermanned Chadfield team has performed incredibly well this season and should feature in end of season action.


$1000 DRAW
On Saturday night after the game, the club will host its $1000 Draw event where someone will walk away $1K richer.


The day will be filled with games and nonsense of all sorts of description that includes a $2 raffle to win a bunch of goodies.
