WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Children need to wear running shoes (not footy boots) and comfortable (preferably athletic) clothes
Also – feel free to have your child to bring a friend! Its all completely free and people can register on the day.

WHAT YOU NEED TO TELL US
Please let us know if you child has any allergies as snacks will be provided

WHAT WILL HAPPEN
There will be lots of games and competitions, they will learn the basic skills of lacrosse and most importantly they will have lots and lots of fun.
Also, we will keep the refreshed and provide them with snacks
