Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the clubrooms on the 7th October 2024 at 7.00 pm.
Business
Ordinary Resolutions
1. To confirm the minutes of the 2023 Annual General meeting
2. To receive the committee reports upon the transactions and activities
during the preceding financial year including financial statements.
3. To elect officers of the Club and the ordinary members of the committee
as follows:
• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Ordinary members (if any)
4. To consider any other business legally brought before the meeting.
